What does a session like?
We meet for 60 minutes either via video call or phone call, whichever works best for you.
If we are new to working together, we’ll take some time to map out what’s working, what’s not, what’s energy expensive, what’s energy rich, where you want to be vs where you are and then take it from there.

What happens between sessions?
Each session will help you get clear on your next steps. Those next steps are yours to move forward between sessions.
However, this “homework” will always be tailored to your needs and capacity and will be designed to exist well within your energetic, physical, and mental abilities.
If you’d like support between sessions, please share with me what you think would work best and I will see if that works for me too. We’ll work from there to figure out something we can both be a ‘yes’ to.

I can recommend which package I think would serve you best.
However, you know your capacity and needs best, and this is just a recommendation. You are the best one to determine what support - if any - is right for you, and I will not pressure you to invest in working with me.

Grab 30 minutes on my calendar and we can discuss your circumstances, hopes, and concerns face-to-face.
This is a genuine conversation, not a sales call in disguise. A lot of folks have been harmed by predatory sales and business practices and that is not how I roll.
I see you as an empowered financial decision maker and am happy to support your ‘no’ or ‘not now’ if that is in the best interest of your household’s financial wellbeing.

Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely.
I trust my clients and enjoy working with them on flexible payments plans that support their household's current financial needs and circumstances in a way that doesn't add more financial anxiety to your mental load.
You can create a proposal for a payment plan that works for you, and we'll see if it works for me too.
So far, I’ve always been able to find a suitable arrangement for everyone who is interested. Don’t let money be the thing that holds you back.

Do you offer sliding scale?
I don’t offer sliding scale as I haven’t found that model to create a mutually beneficial outcome for all parties.
However, I am firmly committed to financial accessibility, so let’s find a way to make it work!
