What I Stand For
These are the values that guide me personally and professionally
My Vision:
My vision is to empower today’s entrepreneurs to lead and grow businesses that center human and planetary wellbeing through education, healing, and innovation.

Mission Statement:
My mission is to interrupt the capitalistic culture of hustle, exploitation, and desensitization and replace it with a body-led, regenerative, sustainable approach to entrepreneurship that focuses on human and planetary wellbeing as a primary metric of success and prosperity.
Guiding Values:
Inclusion
This goes beyond creating spaces and programs that create a sense of welcome, belonging, and safety. We look to wellbeing-oriented best practices to make sure that not only our experiences are progressive in their ability to center and include marginalized people but also our internal policies and practices. This is an ongoing learning journey and is that the forefront of everything we create.
Restoration
We believe in centering human and planetary wellbeing, and that these two things are inherently linked. This requires systems thinking and an ecological approach to solving challenges from a sustainable lens that takes into account the needs of all people within our ecosystems and the ecosystems of our clients.
Innovation
We place immense value on thinking unconventionally and balking the status quo. We look for creative, collaborative opportunities in everything we do and it is a top goal to help our clients live outside the box so that they can define success and service on their own terms.
Integrity
This means transparency in our values, self-monitoring to assess if we are living up to those values, continued education to help us evolve with the communities we serve, as well as offering distinct and explicit repair processes to help us recover when we mess up.
Play
We believe that if it’s not fun, then we’re probably doing it wrong! We place a high value on adventure, playfulness, and bringing lightheartedness back into our relationships and work endeavors.
Anti-Discrimination Statement:
I am committed to providing services and a work environment where all individuals feel safe, welcomed, valued, respected, and treated with dignity.
I actively and regularly seek continuing education to prevent and address discrimination based on gender identity, gender expression, biological sex, and sexual orientation, race, national origin, citizenship, native language, religion, age, disability, marital status, pregnancy, genetic information, or any other characteristics that are or should be protected by law.
